Our standard rental period is 7 days, which is usually enough time for most residential projects. If you need the dumpster longer, no problem! We offer flexible rental extensions at a daily rate. Just let us know, and we'll work with your timeline. For construction projects, we also offer weekly and monthly rental options.

We offer same-day and next-day delivery for most locations in the Savannah area, subject to availability. For scheduled deliveries, we recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure your preferred date and time. Need it ASAP? Dumpsters can be placed on driveways, parking lots, or other flat, hard surfaces. If you need to place it on the street, you may need a permit from the city – we can advise you on this. We'll work with you to find the best location that's convenient for loading while protecting your property. We recommend placing plywood under the dumpster if you're concerned about your driveway surface.

For safety and environmental reasons, we cannot accept:

• Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, solvents, oil)
• Electronics (TVs, computers, monitors)
• Batteries and tires
• Medical waste and pharmaceuticals
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Refrigerators and air conditioners (unless Freon is removed)

If you're unsure about a specific item, please ask us before loading.

Each dumpster size has a maximum weight allowance. If you exceed this limit, there will be an additional fee per ton of overage. Don't worry – we'll weigh the dumpster after pickup and let you know if there are any additional charges. To avoid overages, consider the weight of your materials when choosing a dumpster size. Heavy materials like concrete, dirt, and roofing shingles fill up the weight limit quickly.

No, you don't need to be present as long as you've told us where to place the dumpster and the area is accessible. Just make sure there are no vehicles, obstacles, or low-hanging wires in the way. We'll give you a call when we're on our way. For pickup, simply call us when you're ready and ensure the dumpster is accessible.
